Assistant Production Manager NS
We are looking for a night shift Assistant Production manager to join our expert Production team.
To have the overall responsibility for Production team to drive efficient, safe and quality work from our team. This role is all about people so you will need to have proven leadership experience including leading, training and motivating a team. Some of your key focus areas will include:
- Reviewing & enhancing training system including SOPs
- Driving best-practice H&S management including managing risks and reported incidents
- Proactive client management
- Driving staff engagement and encouraging cross-departmental synergies to drive continuous improvement
Providing support to the Production Manager, including ‘acting’ in their absence, will provide you with invaluable leadership skills, raise your profile and set you up for future opportunities within WineWorks.

- Knowledge of the wine industry and Engineering experience/understanding of manufacturing machinery would be an advantage
