Cellar Hand - Fixed Term

About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Cellar Hand to join our Auckland team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. This hands-on role supports cellar and production operations, ensuring wine is handled safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

You'll enjoy this role if you're practical, reliable, safety-focused, and enjoy working as part of a team.

Hours: 6:00am to 2:30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Perform wine transfers, additions, cleaning, and cellar operations.
• Support bottling production and quality checks.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Follow health & safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
• Assist with bulk wine receivals and cellar logistics.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and teamwork initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a winery, cellar, manufacturing, or production environment preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable, adaptable, and a great team player.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
