Client Support Specialist

About the Role

You’ll be the first point of contact for our warehouse team for despatch requirements, managing production details and post-run invoicing, and working closely with our Production and Warehouse teams.

This is a busy, varied role that’s perfect for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, solving problems, and keeping everything running smoothly.

Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm Monday – Friday

This role is only a 3-month fixed term contract.

What you’ll be doing

• Build strong relationships and follow up to ensure a great client experience.
• Coordinate dispatch requirements, liaising with internal teams to meet client needs.
• Track orders, resolve issues, and keep clients informed every step of the way.
• Maintain accurate records, systems, and invoicing.

What we’re looking for

• Strong organisational and time management skills – able to juggle multiple tasks.
• Previous customer service, administration, or logistics experience (FMCG or production experience is a bonus).
• Excellent attention to detail and strong computer literacy.
• Must have the Legal Right to Work in New Zealand
