About the role

The Export Administrator provides essential administrative support to the Warehouse and Distribution Team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and processing export movements accurately and efficiently
  • Preparing, checking, and maintaining container documentation and records
  • Supporting dispatch processing and data entry
  • Responding to client queries and working closely with internal teams and partners
  • Assisting with warehousing invoices when required
  • You will enjoy this role if you like working in a process-driven environment, collaborating with others, and taking ownership of your work while being able to have a laugh with the team  This is a structured, process‑driven role that will suit someone who enjoys organisation, teamwork, and getting the details right. This role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm.

  • Customer service pro – you love helping people, both internally and externally
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
  • A master at multi-tasking – able to juggle tasks while still getting things done right first time
