Inventory Coordinator (Fixed term - Maternity Cover)

We are currently seeking an Inventory Coordinator. This is a fixed term position for 9 to 12 months to cover for our team member on maternity leave. Hours of work are 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday, with some flexibility in hours required from time to time to meet the needs of the business.

This role reports directly to the Dry Goods Team Leader, where you will be responsible for maintaining control of the inventory system at our Hastings site:

• Conducting WineWorks and client cycle counts as required
• Investigate any inventory inquiries as required and report back in a timely manner
• Ensuring the inventory control database is maintained and accurately reflects numbers
• Assist in inventory variance investigations and short supply variances
• Providing effective feedback on client queries in a professional and timely manner.

You will need:

• 2 or more years’ FMCG experience with inventory control.
• Ability to follow inventory control procedures
• Experience working with SCALE WMS system is preferred but not essential.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and have good analytical and numerical skills
• F Endorsement and forklift experience preferred but not essential.
