Wine Distribution Administration

About the role

The Distribution Administration Processor provides essential administrative support to the Warehouse and Distribution Team. Key responsibilities include processing dispatches, managing data entry, handling client queries, and carrying out a range of other administrative tasks.

This is a structured role involving data entry and customer service, requiring a high level of attention to detail and, most importantly, a great sense of humour to fit in with the team. This role requires 40 hours per week from 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday.

Skills and experience:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and able to adapt and work effectively within a variety of changing situations.
• Strong attention to detail. Pride in getting it “right first time”.
• High level of interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in reading, analysing, and interpreting basic procedures and policies.
• Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment.
