Our bottling teams play a vital role in the final stage of the winemaking journey, transforming finished wine into a packaged product ready for distribution. We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable Bottling Line Operators to join our Auckland team. Whether you're bringing manufacturing experience or looking to build a career in production, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

Working in a fast-paced production environment, you'll be involved in operating and supporting various stages of the bottling and packaging process, including:

• Operating and monitoring bottling and packaging equipment
• Performing basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting
• Conducting quality checks to ensure product standards are met
• Maintaining high standards of wine handling, product quality, and hygiene
• Completing production and quality documentation accurately
• Supporting production targets while working safely and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
• Participating in training, continuous improvement, and safety initiatives
  

What We're Looking For

We're looking for people with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. Full training will be provided, so no prior bottling experience is required.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, bottling, packaging, food processing, or a similar environment (advantageous but not essential)
• Mechanical aptitude and an interest in machinery operation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• The ability to follow procedures and work instructions accurately
• Good communication skills and a team-focused approach
• A commitment to workplace health and safety
• Proven reliability and punctuality
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Competitive hourly rate of $28.50 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience + PM Shift allowance.
