Bottling Line Team Member - Night Shift
About the role:
Have you ever wondered how wine makes its way from the vineyard to the bottle on the shelf? At WineWorks, our bottling teams manage this final stage—transforming finished wine into a product ready for consumers around the world.
Working on a bottling line is fast-paced and hands-on. You’ll operate specialised machinery that fills, seals, labels, and packages bottles, while gaining experience across different stages of the process, from machine operation to quality checks and packaging operations.
We’re looking for team members ranging from entry-level Bottling Line staff to experienced Machine Operators, with a strong focus on attitude, teamwork, and a willingness to learn and grow in the wine packaging industry.
This is a permanent full-time position, predominantly working 5:00pm to 5:00am, Monday to Thursday.

Experience Required:
- Full on-the-job training provided. No prior bottling experience needed, we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt and stay effective in a fast-paced, changing environment
- High attention to detail and pride in getting it “right first time”
- Confident interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable reading, understanding, and following standard procedures and workplace policies
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proven reliability and punctuality
